From your private lanai, you'll have one of the finest oceanfront views in Maui. Leinaala 301 offers you unforgettable sunsets, the West Maui mountain scape and during the winter months, you can spot the leaps and splashing of migrating whales. Enjoy the full Maui experience as you relax or have a meal on your spacious lanai.
Inside you'll find a handsome 1 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished condo, including free Wi-Fi and a 50" tv with streaming and cable service. New luxury vinyl flooring throughout. A well-equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops will meet all your meal preparation needs. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and custom closet with a built-in dresser and storage. Also, a queen sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom was renovated in 2024 including a special custom-tiled shower and shower bars. There are room AC units, although with the ceiling fans and an open slider to the lanai, you can enjoy the soothing ocean breezes along with your private water view.
Leinaala is quiet and secluded, set back from the street with an assigned parking space, yet convenient to shopping, dining, and the great Kihei beaches. There's an oceanfront pool for guests, and tennis and pickleball courts nearby. Leinaala 301 is a hidden gem in Kihei. Sleeps 4.

Excellent sunset views with easy access to the beach. The building itself is older, but the condo was very comfortable and while not freshly renovated was still in good condition. Many windows are louvered to let the breeze through which is really nice, it also lets in noise from the walkway areas. Parking spaces are very tight. We rented a Toyota Rav 4 and it was hard to get in and out of the vehicle. All things considered this is and excellent rental and I would rent here again.

Great little place in a central location with terrific views. If I came back to Kihei, I would stay here again. Management was also very good at communicating and helpful.Thank you

The rental was spotless.
Beautiful location and amazing view.
Parking spot close by.
Rental was equipped with beach gear (chairs, cooler, etc.)
Washer and dryer are shared within the complex and an app is needed in order to do laundry.. different..
The only issue is the AC in the living room did not keep the living room cool at all. It was a small older A/C unit and we were majority time in the bedroom where the A/C worked great. Our friends stayed with and slept on the sofa in the living room and I was worried they wouldn't be able to sleep well due to the room being too hot. A/C is super important in a hot place and definitely a need. I would not stay again at this location for this reason.
