Located in the midst of the historical home Districts, near the entertainment districts of Cooper Young, Broad Street, Overton Square and Midtown, in the Glenview district sits this recently renovated and remodeled jewel of a two story Craftsman Bungalow built in 1922. Spacious, safe and clean with Wellness/game room. There are five bedrooms, two baths, a bonus shower room, study, Living room, dining room, Sunroom, and a fully furnished kitchen stocked with consumables.

The house was fine very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Had a problem with WiFi the host handled it asap. We were going to Tiger Field so it was a good location for that. Over all great stay

We traveled from Louisville KY, St Louis MO and Dallas TX to visit our Father for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our large party. The 5 bedrooms allowed everyone plenty of space, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The minor questions/concerns we had were addressed immediately. The location was familiar for us and honestly, it truly felt like we were visiting family, it was just that comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property and host!

Full of charm! The care to details makes this the perfect stay for large groups. Plenty of sleeping areas and gsthering spaces including a mini wellness/gym area. Neighborhood is perfect and lots of places to eat at.

The home provided all the sleeping space needed for our cousins’ adventures in Memphis. The large dining room that opened into the living room also made eating meals and playing games together easy.
