About this house rental

Our house sits between Germantown and Downtown Memphis; about 20 minutes to most local attractions; easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and business districts. We are close to the FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament at TPC Southwind, Germantown Country Club, and Ridgeway Country Club. Our house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. One of the best in East Memphis. We recently renovated the kitchen, downstair bathroom floors, and all bedroom floors. Details are in the picture descriptions.

I was not actually able to make use of the property as my mother was in the hospital, but my family members who did use it said it was great. Nice neighborhood, large, comfortable and close to the venue they were attending.

The host was very nice and understanding. All info was helpful. Love the apps on the tv. Everyone really enjoyed their stay and love the house. Had plenty of room for everyone. And we will be visiting again. Thanks for a great host.
