Sunscape Villas is a first class condominium complex situated along Scottsdale's Continental Golf Course within walking/biking distance from Scottsdale's world-class shopping, art galleries, and the exciting and celebrated nightlife of downtown Scottsdale. Sunscape is a perfectly located Scottsdale vacation retreat. Enjoy the sparkling blue outdoor pools (heated), spa, fitness center and yoga room. Our condo has a spacious master bdrm with dual control Sleep Number Olympic queen bed, the sofa is an American leather sleeper bed (Olympic queen size memory foam mattress - no bar), two flat screen TVs (living room tv Roku), free secured WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped and we have an In unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Rick and Katie were amazing hosts. They were very prompt with responses to our questions/issues. The location was close to downtown Scottsdale and the 2 pools were awesome. Although the spa closest to our pool was out of order the whole month we were there. Having the 2 patios to sit at was very nice. I gave a 4 to accuracy of online listing because it describes the furnishings as new and they were not. The outdoor patio furniture was dirty/stained and tattered. Rick and Katie did replace cushions as soon as they were able to. Also, the electric stove is outdated. Lastly, we were there a month and we came across 1 large and 1 small cockroach in the bathroom and a large one in the kitchen. Rick said he would have exterminators out after we left. Again, Rick and Katie were great hosts!
