Linda apartment (65 squared meters large) is placed inside an ancient Tuscan house, it has a private entrance and a private garden equipped with private tables, chairs, barbeque to relax or eat “open-air” (outdoors). This large Tuscan house is divided into 2 apartments: in one are living the 2 owners, while the second one is LINDA apartment, rented to tourists. LINDA apartment is made of 3 bedrooms (1 double-bedroom; 1 bedroom that, at your choice, may be used as double-bedroom or as twin-bedroom with 2 single beds; 1 single-bedroom that on request we may organize as a twin-bedroom with 2 beds), 1 bathroom (WC, basin, bidet, shower) and a large kitchen that is also a dining/living-room; the kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook, as well as an oven, a 4-rings-stove, fridge, freezer, moka-machine (Italian Coffee-Maker), toaster, American-Coffee-Maker and kettle. The kitchen has got a very nice fireplace that you may also use to cook steaks or other food. The apartment has also got a washing-machine for clothes and ironing equipment. Each bedroom is provided with a fan to refresh your days & nights on Summer. Sat-TV. Private heating. INTERNET WIFI included.

This apartment has got a PRIVATE SWIMMING-POOL at exclusive and really private use of the guests occupying the apartment Linda. The swimming-pool is as well equipped with sun-beds, umbrellas and wit a second barbeque in case you like to organize BBQ parties at the pool! The swimming pool is 5x10 meters large and 150 cm deep. From here you may enjoy an amazing view on a true Chianti uncontaminated green valley and admire the Chianti Classico landscape with olive trees, woods, fields and vineyards. At guests disposal there are also 2 covered and private parking lots. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, at your arrival, we will be present to you, to welcome you, a basket with some local products that will surprise you!
