Spend a week at beautiful Holland beaches and BEAT THE HEAT! Location is everything! Beautiful home with every amenity!
This charming privately owned home with close access to Lake Michigan beautiful beaches and can provide a perfect vacation. If really nice accommodations matter to you, this upscale property is a beautiful contrast to the ubiquitous worn and tired 'summer rentals.' Please check out our renter reviews!
This property offers close beach access to Lake Michigan just around the corner to Holland State Park and up the road to Tunnel Park, picnic areas, with unparalleled lake views and sunsets, pristine sandy beach for swimming and water sports. This is located just around the corner to Holland State Park beach, a short stroll to Big Red lighthouse and Park concession ice cream cones!
The home features a specious and open floor plan with a bright sunroom that overlooks a well landscaped property with an expansive slate patio and pergola perfect for dinner or cocktails under the stars. The home offers 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, hardwood floors and beautiful decor. Lots of windows ensure cool breezes and natural light.
The main floor features a large eat-in kitchen with floor to ceiling window allowing natural sunlight to spill into the house. The kitchen includes new appliances and every amenity a chef could need. A large dining area with seating up to 8 people opens up into a great room. Two bedrooms including the master suite are located on the main floor. The master suite includes a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a new queen bed and furnishings. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. The main floor includes a powder room and laundry room. On the lower lever there are two bedrooms with new queen beds; lots of windows provide lots of natural light and a family room perfect for movies and relaxation. These bedrooms share a full bathroom and have access to walk out patio. The house can comfortably sleep up to eight to ten people.
We have thought of every detail and provide bed linens, bath towels, toiletries, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach bags, towels, and bikes.
We offer only full week rentals, from Saturday to Saturday during June, July and August. Three night minimum when available the remainder of the year.

We have been here before. Very well located for going to the park, tunnel park, walking along LakeshoreDr. Also for going into Holland, finding groceries or seeing the area. The house remains in very good condition, well equipped and very comfortable. Spacious dining arrangements inside and out.

We have tried VRBO homes in the past. We have not been overall pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the homes.
This home was beautiful! Very clean and everything worked. We’ll be staying here again if there are any vacancies.
If I had any complaints it would be no king sized beds. We’re all very tall. Not a big deal but once you sleep in one it’s difficult to go to a smaller bed.

Beautiful house, well-organized and spotless, plenty of room. Paved bike/pedestrian path in front of the house and others in the neighborhood extends for miles.Pleasant strolls along that to reach Lake Macataw and kayaking, harbor, Holland Beach State Park in one direction, and Tunnel Park in the other direction. Short drive to downtown Holland, farmers markets, and Saugatuck Dunes State Park (a real gem).
