New house, of high tide feet, of a surface of 80m ², air-conditioned, comfortably equipped for holidays at the same time in the peace and near all the comodités. Its garden of 200m ², completely enclosed and nicely raised will seduce small and big. The mini-villa Fiorino offers a magnificent view on the campaign and the neighbouring mountains and is situated halfway between the natural swimming pools of Cavu and the magnificent beach of Pinarello.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison malgré une petite déception à l'arrivée. L'espace intérieur est bien optimisé. La pièce principale (séjour/cuisine) assez spacieuse. La chambre d'enfants n'est pas climatisée, mais en laissant la porte ouverte on peut laisser entrer l'air frais du séjour. Très peu de place pour ranger ses affaires dans les chambres et dans dans la cuisine, les étagères des placards n'ont pas été complètement vidées dans les chambres et les placards dans la cuisine débordent. Cela n'aide pas à se sentir chez soi. Par ailleurs il y a beaucoup d'objets de déco ce qui prend aussi de la place et est un peu stressant avec des petits enfants.
Le petit jardin a le mérite d'exister. Il est assez petit mais suffisant pour permettre aux enfants de jouer dehors. Il a été aménagé avec soin. Les voisins sont très proches ! On s'entend tousser. Il faut veiller à être discrets...
La propreté à l'extérieur n'était pas bonne à notre arrivée : tables salies par la terre et les feuilles, barbecue pas lavé ainsi que ses ustensiles. J'ai passé un moment à nettoyer.
Nous avons trouvé l'emplacement de la maison idéal, tout près de superbes plages adaptées aux petits enfants, nombreux commerces, piscines naturelles, et permettant de bien sillonner le grand sud et l'alta Rocca.

La maison est très bien située, au calme, proche de Porto-Vecchio, de belles plages.
A notre arrivée, la maison sentait la cigarette (alors que nous sommes non-fumeurs). Attention la maison peut être louée à des fumeurs (nous ne l'avions pas vu).
Très bonne communication avec l'agence.
