The building is a few steps from the characteristic Piazzetta, which can be reached with a short walk (about 500 m), and 2 km from the beautiful white sandy beach of La Cinta (accessible by car or public service, which runs during the summer season is active). The east coast has enchanting beaches, archaeological sites and some of the most beautiful nature trails in Sardinia. The port and airport of Olbia are approximately 30 km away. Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
