About this apartment rental
This characteristic building of the 600 has been recently renovated with care, is located in the heart of Trastevere and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located in one of the liveliest districts of the capital, close to numerous clubs and restaurants, but it is still very quiet and intimate. The apartment is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and a spacious kitchen with a dining area; on the second floor there are two double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub). The kitchen leads to a beautiful garden where there is an original fountain of ancient Rome and a suggestive mandarin tree ... the outdoor area is equipped with a table, chairs and two sofas in front of the wonderful fountain.

The property was in the heart of Trastevere, which was wonderful. It was obvious this is a "party" area and the apartment was suited for groups who might be a bit rough with it, having minimal decor. It suited our short-term needs just fine. Beds were very comfortable.

The garden was a nice area to get away from the crowds. Check in was difficult as contact numbers provided were not responded to, but ultimately we were met for access. Kitchen was well equipped if you choose to cook. Washing machine and dishwasher available, but if you plan to use bring your own soap. The bedding was comfortable, but towels could use an update. Many restaurants and night life available throughout the area.

Location is a 10 out of 10! The property is very charming and has lovely features. Those features alone make this a good choice. There needs to be another piece of furniture in the living room, the garden furniture needs some love and the air conditioning worked sporadically with one remote missing. The toilet in the main bedroom ran continuously after one use and the cleaning in general could be improved. All of this considered, I would still highlight the location as its best point.
