- No smoking
- Pets allowed if approved by homeowner and pet contract is in place
- Max occupancy is 6 guests, not including children under 6**
- Parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles during summer; 3 cars during winter months

Not too big and just enough room. Yard space for the little ones to play. Location is actually really good because it's with- in 10 minutes of Heavenly area which is great because it helps with traffic noise. This was an overall great house to stay in and the host was very easy to communicate with, a huge plus.

I was beyond pleasantly surprised how beautiful the home and our stay was. The home was perfect for my family age ranging from 9 months, 2, 5, 9. 14, 18, 27, 29, and my self (no need to disclose my age lol). It felt like home and close to everything you need, skiing, grocery stores, food etc.. Can't wait to go again for longer next year!
