Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves in this newly updated condominium. Beautiful new porcelain tile flooring throughout living area, new carpet in bedroom, updated bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and tranquil view of pool area from balcony. Ideal location to beach (800 feet away), parks, restaurants, seaside walkways and many aquatic activities.
Our non-smoking, no pets, sunny one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo offers an amazing view and is only a 2 min walk from the beach. Being on the top floor means no upstairs neighbors! It comfortably fits 4 (pull-out couch included). It's in a quiet Jupiter association with a private pool and a 5 minute drive to Harbourside Place. TV and Wi-Fi Internet, washer and dryer, new carpet in living/dining room and bedroom, tile in remaining areas of condo with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Walk to one of the most beautiful beaches a block away. The A building is located on the lagoon with the balcony patio overlooking the lagoon. The condo is turnkey and outfitted with everything you will need to make your stay stress free and enjoyable.
House Rules:
I ask you treat our condo with respect. This is a NON-smoking and NO animals unit.
All guests must complete and sign the HOA's rules and regulations 30 days prior to arrival and I will send you these rules as soon as your reservation is confirmed. The major ones are:
-No motorcycles, pickup trucks, or campers.
-No animals allowed.
-No loud activities which disrupt other people.
-No parties or late night noise; it's a quiet complex.
Charge of $75 for lost pool key.

Nicely decorated place. Tranquil spot, and yet very close to beach access and ocean! Loved the amenities (new dishwasher, washer/dryer inside unit). Our host, Christian, was helpful when we had questions. Unfortunately, bed may be too soft for visitors like us.

We enjoyed our month at our condo. It is close to the beach and lots of shopping.It was easy to access the unit and we had a designated parking space so no worries about parking.

This little condo is absolutely perfect in every way...perfect location - truly 500 steps to the beach, and the back patio has sliders which open to the west where there's a pond with a fountain which runs 24/7. Perfectly clean, perfectly stocked with everything you'd need for a day or a month. Perfectly decorated, lovely beachy colors, comfy couch, just perfect!

We recently completed another 2 month stay at this condo and, as with our previous stay during 2015, we have only nice things to say about it! We recommend this condo highly for all the reasons we loved it the first time which include its proximity to many restaurants, parks, theaters, shopping, attractions and activities, and to dog-friendly Jupiter beach, We very much enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pond and often had breakfast and dinner there.
As before, the listing description and pictures are very accurate and the owner is very responsive and accessible. We are looking forward to returning again sometime!
