Deeded private beach access for the condo community right across the street. Right in front of Cato's Bridge and the sand bars of Jupiter, this condo is turn key awaiting your arrival to enjoy such tranquil and relaxing surroundings. This condo sits quietly in a complex with just over 35 units where serenity awaits. Hike to the Jupiter Lighthouse right over Cato's bridge. Kayak, Fish and snorkel at your leisure off the community's wet dock. Access to heated condo community pool (with bathrooms at pool area) which overlooks Cato’s Bridge and the Intracoastal Water. Additional beaches within walking distance on Jupiter Island, including Coral Cove Beach and Intracoastal beaches. Minutes to Tequesta/Jupiter shopping and eateries. Top/bottom washer//dryer in condo plus coin machine full size washer/dryer on two floors. Elevator/walk up access to the second floor. Tired of that scene? Simply cross the street to enter your own private beach on Jupiter Island to enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves. It’s to amazing to miss!
Condo amenities include: one TV in living room, one TV in the bedroom, cable and Internet service included, and electric included monthly up to $100, access to unit via elevator or stairs, bellmen's cart for easy move in and out, safety features include fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, dead bolt and a first aid kit, outdoor porch, desk space in second bedroom, Sonos speaker in living room.
Policies: 90 day minimum rental during December - April. 30 days minimum all other months. No smoking and pets of any kind (PER HOA GUIDELINE), no events, parties large gatherings, must be at least 30 years old to book. Additional fees and taxes of 13% apply beyond the stated monthly rental fee if renting for 6 months or less (I collect a tax that is a percentage of the GROSS rental amount collected during booking which includes rental fee and cleaning fee of $300). ONE OUTDOOR PARKING SPOT ONLY - NO TRUCK OR CAMPER PARKING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED.
$100 HOA application fee; $200 for expedited review.

Owners were very accommodating, and the unit's location and condition are fantastic. It's a secure building with quiet/friendly neighbors. The sounds of boat traffic were charming for us as non-coastal residents. Highly recommend this place for quiet, water-loving folks.
