This unit is a two bedroom in Tower 3. We have others at Edgewater 2 and 3br see our VRBO ads.
The master BR contains a king bed and the second bedroom has 2 double beds. The condo also has a pullout sleeper sofa and a large flat screen tv for your enjoyment.
There are many family amenities, such as controlled entrance, 24-hour security, 11,500 foot lagoon style swimming pool (and many smaller swimming pools scattered across the property) landscaped with waterfalls, palms, exotic plants, flowers, whirlpools, golf, tennis courts (approximately 20), two restaurants on water, jet-ski rental, para sailing, sailing, exercise room, convention center, gift shop, beauty salon, etc.
Over 110 private acres and more than 1000 feet of private Gulf-front. Nearby is a fishing pier extending far into the Gulf. Within the resort is a nine-hole par-three golf course meandering through lagoons and ponds.
Shipwreck Island Water Park and many eateries are within walking distance.
You are a short walk from a shopping center with restaurants, a ten screen movie theater, grocery store, ice cream parlor, subway sandwich shop, etc. There are several piers near by for fishing and a state park right down the road.
Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may resgister another vehicle for an additional $50 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.
Must be 25+ years old to reserve this property.

Great place to stay, right on the beach, and really close to a lot of things. I will say that the pillow cases in the primary room seem to not have been washed so I did have to wash them. But other than that really good place to stay.

We had a wonderful experience! Beautiful lodging, easy navigation from the hotel to areas of interest, friendly security, wonderful property.My only dissatisfaction was we had to purchase our own toilet paper and trash bags. No, I did not reach out to anyone for more but was surprised to not find extras of those items anywhere in the unit.

Host was helpful and accommodating. The location, amenities and view were great. The condo was exceptionally clean. The only problem was with the furnishings. The toilets were VERY low and for older persons with weak knees or backs it is difficult to use. The furniture in the living room is worn and saggy - again, not good for persons with knee or back problems. The dining table is extremely tall and awkward to eat from. The smoke alarm in the kitchen went off all the time, even when making just toast. Although i would stay at that property again, i would not want a room like that because my back ached all the while I was there and had to visit a chiropractor 2 or 3 times each week. We actually left days early due to both of us being so uncomfortable.
