1-bedroom Topolia House is part of a small group of four traditional houses sharing a large pool 12 km from the sandy beach. The house is located in the tranquil village of Topolia between the famous beaches of Falassarna and Elafonisi (26-30 km respectively). The picturesque town of Chania is located 45 km away.
The 1-bedroom house offers an open plan living room (with fireplace) and a fully-equipped kitchen. Satellite TV, Dvd and Cd player, microwave, small kitchenette, small refrigerator, and mini dishwasher are provided.
A double bedroom with ensuite bathrooms (with washing machine) is offered. A spacious balcony with outdoor sitting table, and a wooden pergola is also provided.
The 1-bedroom House can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children on one main sofa bed and one additional corner sofa.

Sehr ruhige und schöne Unterkunft. Das schönste allerdings die sehr netten Gastgeber. Eine Flasche Wein als nette Überraschung und ein- und auschecken sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal !

Appartement très sympa avec une terrasse sans vis à vis et une piscine commune sur le toit avec une jolie vue. Plutôt bien placé pour visiter toutes les jolies plages et la ville (Chania).
Je recommande cette location.
