Our trip to Grace’s place was exceptional. The house was beautiful and just as described online. The place was fully stocked with all we needed - kitchen supplies, toiletries, linens. She even left a bottle of wine and snacks.
The outdoor setup was ideal for a large group. We loved the pool, hot tub and expansive patio. Everything was gorgeous and well kept. Grace and her team were flexible and responsive.
10/10 recommend for your next group stay on the island!

This place had a great outdoor space and pool for our kids. The rooms are a bit tough to split up between families because the configuration is interesting, but once we got settled it worked really well. We rented bikes which was great. The owners were responsive and had great recommendations. The string lights in the back weren’t working, which limited our use a bit in the evenings and the pool guy just walks into the yard and around the pool without notice and doesn’t announce himself (while kids are swimming etc which is weird).

Nice neighborhood home with ample sleeping space for up to 10 people comfortably.. Weather permitting, you can sleep on the screened in porch. Most awake time will be spent outside around the pool or elsewhere in MV.
