Open concept with large folding doors, leading to an expansive deck and outside shower to the side. Full modern kitchen with Wolf and Subzero appliances. Large island with seating spaces. Dining area with table that fits 10-12 people. Living area with TV and a beautiful Aqua fire place. Speakers throughout.
1st bedroom has a full bed, closet and tv.
1st bathroom has walk in shower.
Mudroom, laundry and a half bathroom finish this floor.
Second floor:
Main bedroom with king size bed, tv, seating area, walk-in closet.
2nd bath:
Walk in shower with smart control rain head, jets and a hand held. Large tub with massage jets, double vanity.

Incredible stay at a beautiful property/estate. Our family came together for a week from different parts of the country to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Our ages ranged from 1.5 years to 62 years old and it was comfortable for all. The estate is so lovely and well equipped that we almost didn't want to leave to explore the island. From the incredible salt H2O pool/jacuzzi to other outdoor and indoor amenities, we were able to play, lounge, connect and create many family memories over delicious meals and activities. The hosts are incredible, attentive and provided everything advertised and more. The fresh eggs and greens from the garden provided every other day were fantastic. And, I can't say enough about the fixtures throughout the home - from the bathroom to the kitchen - top of the line, elegant and function too. This is a compound to come with family and friends, to relax, be together and create special memories. We highly recommend this beautiful property to any group.

We had a wonderful stay - the host was incredibly responsive, and the property was fantastic. The location was perfect for our needs, as was the house. Couldn’t have been happier!

Beautiful brand new house! Pool/ spa was fantastic . House was huge and perfect for two families, Owner was extremely responsive and very helpful. Cant wait to stay again!

We stayed for almost 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Stolika is fantastic and very kind. The housekeeper was fantastic and left fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden every day. Our children enjoyed the stay. The house was very clean. I would highly recommend Stolika’s house.
