This stand-alone one-bedroom beachfront guest home has a prime Seaside, Florida location, beachfront next door to the East Ruskin Pavilion beach access and just one block to downtown Seaside, Florida. Park your car and walk to over 35 shops and restaurants just steps from your front door; walk to iconic airstream row food trailers, the gourmet grocery Modica Market, and enjoy the Seaside Farmer's market every Saturday in the Amphitheater.
This 1 bedroom/1.5 bath beachfront cottage offers romantic accommodations for you and your significant other with panoramic ocean views and amazing sunsets from your private expansive balcony off the second floor living areas. The main level boasts a king bedroom with flat-screen TV, washer & dryer, private bath with marble shower, and private lower screened-in porch. Upstairs is a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, galley kitchen with compact fridge, microwave oven, and a half bath.
Just off the living room is your generous private open-air balcony with a swinging day bed and bar-top dining table for four for private beachfront dining al fresco. Location was great. John was so helpful when we couldn’t get the TV’s to work so late in the afternoon due to cable being unplugged. We enjoyed our conversations with Dylan.

House was adorable and quaint! Comfy King bed with full bath and screened in porch on 1st floor. Stairs up to living room, small kitchen and gorgeous bed swing and high top table. The view was imaculate! Stocked with heaters that we could put through out if needed. All I would recommend is maybe a couple of extra blankets :) We will be back!

Great! Only issue is the rental agency wants you to check in late, 4pm, and check out early, 10am, and is fairly inflexible. So, if your flying, be prepared to kill time with a long lunch on either side of your trip.

My husband and I took a 10 year anniversary trip here by ourselves. We loved the location and design of the About Time cottage and we love Seaside! This cottage was in mediocre condition, and we were slightly disappointed. The bathroom cabinet had some kind of black dusty substance stained on it, the towel rack was broken, and the place just needed some general maintenance. There is no washer/dryer which we knew ahead of time, but there was a space in the “closet” where they used to be. It was crowded with a shelf, cleaning supplies, etc making the space completely unusable. There was not a place to hang full length clothes because of this. To top off our stay, the place was infested with ants. Not just a few here and there, they were everywhere. We were given some Raid spray to help, but it did nothing to solve the issue. It was explained that there had been an abnormal amount of rain which makes pest issues worse. I get that, but this was not just a small issue. It needed several treatments back to back in order to get rid of them. We were given a discount because of our experience which we very much appreciate. We were just hoping for a better overall experience.
