About this villa rental
The villa has about 850 square feet of living area. It occupies two levels, with the second level providing about one-half of the area of the main (entrance) level. There is a full bath on both levels. This unit has been completely renovated both inside and out.
The entrance to this villa is one floor up from ground level providing beautiful views of the bay below and unforgettable sunsets. Both the building and the villas location with in the building make this unit's view one of the best at the entire Westin St. John Resort.
A king-size bed is located in the loft bedroom on the upper level as is a closet, chest of drawers, full bath, TV, and other furniture. The living room has a queen-size convertible sofa, which works well for two persons. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a washer/dryer within the unit. The TV's are both 32' flat screens.
There is an additional $25/night tax that is collected by the resort at check out.
I also have a, Bay Vista 2 bedroom unit from 4/4/26-4/11/26, sleeps 8, with a Great View, that is in a prime building near the big pool and the beach. Additionally I have a studio for the week of 12/26/25-1/2/26. Please call me on my cell phone, 203-536-7906, if you are interested in any of my units at a great deal. This is in the same upper building so it also has amazing views . A one bedroom and studio together would be great for one big family wanting the additional privacy or two families together. With a resort view, the Villa Studio measures 600 sq. feet and is equipped with a full kitchen with breakfast bar, semi-private pool, dining table, sitting area with pull-out sleeper sofa, balcony, washer and dryer, in-room safe, Westin Heavenly® Bed, TV and stereo.The studio sleeps a max of 4 people, and has recently also been redone completely

This was a great place to stay for our family trip to St. John. The communication with the owner was excellent and the unit was as promised. The only thing lacking was the pull out bed - the mattress was very, very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced, but I would recommend this unit and stay here again.

We decided to add one more day to our trip last minute and found this villa at the Westin! Michael was extremely helpful and was so quick to respond to all of my questions! After a week at the beautiful beaches, it was fun to have a pool day with our two daughters (13 and 15). The villa had everything we needed for our one night. Super clean and comfy!

I spent 3 nights at this villa as a solo traveler and was very pleased with my experience. The villa is in brand new condition with a loft bedroom, nice shower and bathrooms upstairs and down. Beautiful ocean view from the private balcony, and a pool just around the corner. The villas are up a steep hill from the main hotel, but it's a 10 minute walk if you're feeling like some exercise. Otherwise you can call the hotel and a golf cart picks you up within minutes, for the ride down to the main hotel, for a tip. Also, taxis would come pick me up from the villa and take me into town for $5 plus tip. Since there are so many taxis in the Cruz Bay Area, I did not need to rent a car. The beach at the Westin is just incredible, with soft sand and spectacular water, which is was the clearest I have ever seen. There's a bar and restaurant steps from the beach, or the servers will wait on you right from your beach chair. Main hotel also has two complimentary computers in the lobby along with a printer, which was also very helpful. Got some rain for a few hours the first day, but otherwise weather was fantastic. All in all a great experience, and Michael was very helpful and accessible as an owner. I would definitely stay here again.
