Dream Chaser Farm is Located in the Exclusive and Gated, The Landing at Reynolds, this Private/Secluded Artsy, Farm House Themed Lakefront home is the perfect getaway for those looking to entertain or merely chill with nature.

Boasting a spacious 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, the open floor plan caters itself to down home entertaining and togetherness that will make your vacation getaway on Lake Oconee a special experience.
Main Floor Master Bedroom with King Bed, has a walk out Deck along with separate shower, two sinks and Integrity jetted Jacuzzi bathtub. Did I mention the wonderful view of the lake from the Master bedroom? Second Bedroom and Hallway on Main Floor boasts over 30 pieces of original Fish Folk Art with some pieces dating back 100 years.
4K Smart TV allows for easy access to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and all the major cable networks.
Open Air Kitchen provides a wonderful opportunity for entertaining and cooking. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and culinary kitchenware.
Large, over sized Deck for entertaining . The Dock allows individuals to sun, soak, fish, read or simply commune with nature. A Sea Kayak and 2 Paddle-boards are provided should you have an adventurous spirit to explore the shore line of Lake Oconee. The local marina (5 minute boat ride to and from my dock) rents pontoons, boats, wave-runners and jet skis which can easily be parked at my private dock for your stay.
Dream Chaser Farm also has a stone stacked Fire Pit to allow guests to enjoy everything nature has to offer.
The property hugs next to over 7 acres of open field with a large pond and dock allowing plenty of room to roam, ruminate and reflect.
Gated Privacy and nature at its best, yet only 3 miles from a Publix, 8 Screen Theater Cine-plex, cute little retail shops and wonderful restaurants that I will be happy to recommend.
If you are looking for a vacation filled with relaxation and beautiful views and not to mention, Lake Oconee at your doorstep, this Uber-Cool approved pad would be an ideal choice.

We previously stated at this property and returned for another wonderful stay. They house was a clean and comfortable, in a cove on the lake so safe for kids to swim, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The owner is extremely responsive for anything one may need. We will be back!

Great place to relax on the water. Comfortable inside and beautiful outside. Deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and great fishing off the dock or at the nearby pond. Beautiful night skies. We saw Starlink satellites flying overhead 2 nights in a row after launches those days. Tripp is an amazing host, super responsive, and makes great recommendations on what to do in the area.

This property was perfect for a relaxing long weekend with our family of teenagers, parents and grandparents. The host is is very organized with welcoming communication, the home is clean, warm and inviting, and the lake location was perfect.
