Fees vary by month. April $4000 for the month. May $5000, June $6000, July and August $8500 per month. Sept. $5000. October $6000. Nov. $3000. Dec through April (inquire).
Fees are discounted by 10% for rentals of two consecutive months. Apart from rent, fees are charged for cleaning, upgraded plans for internet bandwidth, and above-average use of electricity and propane. These fees typically add to $525 per month, or $17 per day.
