Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit includes: • Master bedroom with king size bed • One and one-half baths • Built-in bunkbeds in alcove • Fully equipped kitchen • Corian countertop • Tile & luxury plank flooring • Living/dining area • Queen sleeper sofa. Great place to stay. Clean and well maintained condo on the beach. Wonderful view and location. Two things to note for future guest. The hot and cold for the shower and kitchen sink are reversed. It does work but it’s reversed. The only thing I would have preferred is taller chairs for the balcony so you can see over the rail to get the view without having to look through the handrail.

The best thing about this place is the location! In the actual unit everything is very cheap, which isn’t uncommon for condo’s but some updated dish wear; more coffee mugs & new pillows and couch could go a long way. While making dinner the strainer was cracked with out me noticing and half out dinner ended up down the sink. Fish soap and a complimentary spong would have been nice. When they say bear minimum essentials they mean it!! Would like to see improvements for that! Safe area, and friendly staff!

The sofa and chair are worn out! Had to sit on a pillow to be comfortable on the sofa. The master bed was not very comfortable either The grounds are kept up but need new furniture in 206
