Check in was easy and host had many amenities to make stay welcoming. Cleanliness was the biggest drawback for this property.The carpeting is very dirty. The kitchen floor needs a good cleaning.

This property is conveniently located not far from the DoubleTree Hotel, where I was attending a class. I found the place to be clean and adequate for my needs, and there's a lovely wetland park nearby where I love to walk. I would improve on two things, though: to watch Netflix and similar, I was told to plug my computer into the TV via an HDMI cable, which I never could find. And, I had trouble sleeping because the laundry detergent used on the sheets is perfumed, and it lightly permeated not only the linens but the whole space as well. I hope all short-term rental owners will switch to unscented products entirely- it makes the guest's life that much easier!

The rooms were clean and the location worked for our needs. However we were not allowed to change the temperature on the thermostat and it felt cold and stuffy at times. The fireplace did not work. The sheets did not stay on the beds which made for uncomfortable nights sleep. Also the blinds in one of the bedrooms didn’t work properly so it was hard to keep the room dark while sleeping. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. From the photos on the listing it looked like there was a side patio area right off of the unit. That was not the case.
