The house was perfect. It is fully stocked with everything we could need, there is a locking baby gate at the top of the stairs that is very helpful if you have little ones or pets you are treveling with. They also have an extra large pet crate in the garage if you need it. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. The king sized bed we used had a memory foam topper and was so comfortable we slept like babies! The games and the pool were such a nice addition! The area is quiet and felt very safe and was extremely convenient getting to and from Disney. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Pool was great! Love the resort pool as well! Lots of restaurants and close to everything. 20 min to the parks. 30-45 in traffic. Love the game room and the pool toys. This how has everything you need!

We loved the house, just had a couple issues with pool and hot tub. They were fixed quickly. Very nice family home.

Thank you for hosting us. We appreciated the quiet, safe location of your property and its convenient proximity to Disney Springs and Universal Studios. The beach-themed interior was also very charming.However, I had serious concerns regarding the cleanliness of the home. Upon our arrival, there was a noticeable odor, primarily emanating from the dishwasher and the washing machine. We discovered mold and mildew in the washing machine lining, and several other areas required immediate attention. The bathroom floors had not been mopped (there were urine stains around the floor/base of the toilet, the kitchen placemats contained food crumbs, and there were visible fingerprints on the walls and light switches. The carpeted floors have lots of stains and could used a shampooing.Because of these conditions, I spent 200 on cleaning supplies at Target to disinfect the home and launder the towels/ linen before my family felt comfortable staying there. While the property itself is lovely, it is clear that a professional cleaning service is needed to meet standard expectations.I hope you find this feedback helpful for future guests.
