We liked the area. The house had everything we needed. Was very comfortable with plenty of space to enjoy our family time with our son and grandchildren.

Wonderful house. Very comfortable. Clean with little extras like hand soaps and lotion were a nice surprise. Great alarm on the door going to pool in addition to fence for pool. Smart safety idea. We enjoyed our stay. Host answered any questions quickly.

This is the second time we have rented this house and both times have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the amenities were perfect.

Overall the house was ok , it just needs some maintenance
There were numerous light bulbs missing
The pool enclosure has numerous panels of screen missing, which meant we had to deal with mosquito’s at night
There is an architectural element that has fallen from the
rear gable that is laying on the pool enclosure
Also would like to mention that when you have a guest pay for the pool/spa to be heated, maybe the heat should be turned on the day before arrival. My grandaughter’s were really disappointed upon arrival to find a cold pool!
One of the bedrooms the light fixture was about to fall off so I had to tighten it
In the rear master bath the shower head was about to fall off so I had to tighten it
The mattress pads in both master bedrooms need to be replaced
Also whoever is in charge of housekeeping should maybe follow-up with the crew of this home
We found empty water bottles , discarded chips behind several pieces of furniture, and several of the shower areas
that were not cleaned properly
So in closing, I’m just pointing out some things that as a landlord myself, should be taken care of.
