First Floor

Bedroom 1: King-size bed with adjacent full bathroom.
Laundry room and spacious living and entertainment areas.

Second Floor

Bedroom 2: King-size bed with private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: One twin bed and one full-size bed with a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Sleeps up to 3 guests.
Bedroom 4: One twin-over-full bunk bed plus one full-over-full bunk bed with a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Sleeps up to 7 guests.

A resort access card is provided inside the home. Please return it to the basket near the entrance before departure. Lost cards are subject to a $100 replacement fee. Additional access cards may be purchased directly from the resort security office for $15 each.

Pool & Spa Heating

Pool and spa heating is available for $40 per day with a two-day minimum. We recommend requesting this service at least 48 hours before arrival to ensure the system is preheated for your stay.

Parking & Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire main house through a personalized door code.

Please note:

A detached studio apartment is located above the garage with its own private entrance and separate access code.
The studio is completely independent from the main home.
The garage game room is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the main house.
A long-term tenant residing in the detached studio may occasionally use the rear walkway and shares the outdoor trash bins.
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street where permitted.


Propane grills and additional outdoor equipment are available for rent upon request for an additional fee.


Pet Policy

Small pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet.

Certified service animals are exempt from the pet fee with proper documentation.

Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning costs or damages caused by their pets.
