The condo features two spacious bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath. The second suite offers a queen-size bed and its own private bath. A separate den is furnished with a king-size bed and is conveniently located next to a third full bathroom in the hall, comfortably accommodating your party.
The remodeled interior features granite countertops, tile flooring throughout the living areas, and carpeting in the bedrooms. Smart TVs are provided in the living room, primary suite, and second bedroom.
Relax and take in beautiful views of the Championship Course's first fairway, the surrounding mountains, waterfalls, pool, and clubhouse from both inside the condo and the expansive covered patio—the largest in the community.

This is a great neighborhood. The swimming pool for the street is right next to this unit. It has a beautiful view of the golf course! We were able to play each of the courses on site through members we met during our stay. The beds are super comfortable. The bedroom, dining room and patio furniture are all new and the bathrooms recently renovated plus the interior was painted.

This unit was terrific. The owner was delightful to work with, the views were magnificent . It had everything we needed or wanted . Very cleaned and well cared for . We would definitely rent this property again. Thank you for the nice stay .
