The fully stocked completely new kitchen looks out to the dining area with direct access to the large deck and private backyard adjacent to the bike paths.

This house was a nice space for a multi-family, multi-generational gathering. My only critique is the kitchen could have been better stocked when we were there in August 2022. It was missing some basics like a cork screw and can opener.

Stayed here for a low key bachelor weekend. House was absolutely fantastic, hot tub was great, had bikes and a ping pong table. Outdoor seating with a nice grill to cook on. Close to the village core but far enough away to have quiet. House was very clean and we enjoyed our time there.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Had a great time in Sun River but the rental could use a little TLC and upgrading! If you stay during the Summer unit does not have AC and the evenings from about 3pm-midnight were uncomfortable. Home is older and is showing some signs of age. I understand its a rental property but it could use some upgrading. Overall we still had a great time but I would have chosen a different property given a 2nd chance.
