1,260 ft2 luxury 1 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront condo with beautiful ocean view on a large balcony, located at the GRAND VENETIAN vacation complex , with one of the finest beach front properties in Vallarta's Hotel Zone. Professionally decorated with high-end furniture and accessories. Large balcony with stunning views make this property a must see.
Guests will have full access to the condo and the building amenities, with the benefit of the condo owners which include beachfront swimming pools, a fitness center and tennis courts, and wonderful low priced restaurant and massages at the spa. The building is close to the airport and secure, monitored by security 24/7.
This is a brand new, fully-equipped 1 bedroom condo with beautiful views of Banderas Bay. Living room and master bedroom share a large 25 feet balcony, where the sliding doors open up wide and create an open feeling where the breeze flows through generously. Wireless internet throughout the condo.
A Smart TV is mounted on the living room wall to enjoy Netflix. Master bedroom has one king size bed which comfortably sleeps 2 adults and own wall mounted Smart TV. Lastly, the ensuite bathroom and shower provide comfort and privacy.
The kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils needed to cook a four course meal for your family or just to whip up a snack. In addition, a blender, coffee maker and toaster are at your service. You can sit on top of barstools at the kitchen bar or make your way to the dining table to seat up to 4 people at once. A propane BBQ is available under request for $100.00USD up to 7 days
The living area features a large sectional couch and a huge Smart TV for entertainment purposes. Netflix, Youtube and Claro Video come preloaded for your enjoyment. Bedroom has a king size firm bed. We also provide 2 individual folding mattresses where 2 kids or teen can be accommodated and a folding single bed for an additional adult guest is provided on request. Another full bathroom for guests or visits Is located on this área.
A washer and dryer are located in the unit and are available for stays of one week or more.
THE DEVELOPMENT
This high-end property is private for owners and renters. The entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7. There are four pools to choose from including two large beachfront, infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown Puerto Vallarta, boating and beach activities. Underground parking spaces are included in addition to an exercise center, tennis courts and game room for your enjoyment.
Vacation Complex is 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, and 10 minutes by bus ($0.60 US) to downtown.
The grounds are meticulously manicured, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cabs are readily available and the bus stops right in front of the property. Grocery stores (Wal-mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Soriana), restaurants, Starbucks, cinema (movies in English with Spanish sub-titles) and many other conveniences are within walking distance. Right across the street are fine dining options such as La Dolce Vita, La Vaca Argentina and La Madalena amongst others.
Along the beach it's a 45 minute walk to the city center. Vacation Complex is one of the few condo developments located within the busy and vibrant hotel zone. Gorgeous views of the ocean, and a beautiful sunset from inside the condo.

Vacation complex is located in the "Hotel Zone" or "Zona Hotelera" and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown). There are several delicious restaurants, nightclubs and grocery stores within walking distance and you are also a short bus or taxi ride away from the bustling streets of downtown or a tranquil walk in the Marina. Busses stop right outside the development and taxis can be ordered from the lobby to pick you up inside the grounds. I would recommend not renting a car and instead relying on the affordable transportation options that are nearby.
La Isla, (steps away from Vacation complex) Vallarta's newest and most high-end shopping center complete with restaurants, name brand stores and a VIP movie theater just opened in December 2016. This unit is at 6th floor, so children supervision is required
There is a beach club nearby closing 9.00 pm mostly at weekend days, a noisy public access to the beach street and while most guests are not bothered by the occasional noise, it should be noted. If noise bothers, you can report to guards and they will report it to authorities-

Beautiful suite (very firm mattress) with gorgeous sunset views from the patio. Great communication and Sergio was great to set us all up and responded very quickly to one small issue.The pools, restaurant and grounds were all excellent and great walking distance to malls, groceries and restaurants. A really great experience, would stay again.

Overall, the resort is excellent. The beaches are accessible and clean. The common areas and pools are well service and easy to use. The onsite restaurant provided very good food at very reasonable prices. Exit and entry and all security was well organized.Condo was clean and a good size for two people. It has a large balcony with a great view. Unfortunately, there is a private club opposite the condo that blares loud music from lunchtime to 9 pm and makes sitting out less comfortable.The only areas for improvement in the condo are; the kitchen is not properly equipped - we had to buy additional glassware. All plates are plastic which we were not expecting given the condo online description. The dishwasher leaked foam whenever we used it so we stopped and hand washed items instead. The safe keypad did not work so we had to hide the key. Also, the bedroom storage was lacking due to the owners property being in closets and locked drawers in the bedside tables.Overall, a good experience and a nice vacation.
