🔑 Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:
- 4 pools and jacuzzis open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- An infinity pool open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- A game room open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- An onsite restaurant open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- A tennis court open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (previous reservation required)
- A meeting room with up to 12 people (previous reservation required)
- A movie theater for up to 12 people (previous reservation required)
Access wristbands will be provided to each overnight guest and they will provide full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.
📝 Other things to note
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos.
- One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

This was the best apartment we have rented ... small but had everything we wanted. Three very nice restaurants literally across the road and the on-site restaurant was fabulous ... try any of the fish recipes!Definitely a place we would come back to.

First the Good :
Awesome location
Well appointed one bedroom, huge.
Gated community
Wonderful view
Excellent air conditioning
Comfortable bed
CONS:
Sporadic communication with property manager.... We never did meet.... Due to an "emergency" at their end.
Promised Luggage storage final day,
Never materialized.
NO/MARGINAL HOT WATER
Hot water for showering was IMPOSSIBLE.
We tried.... It's simply was unavailable.
Perhaps worse...... While attempting a cold shower.... Scalding hot water would come, then vanish.
This was dangerous.

Maintenance did arrive to address the situation on our final day.
They were unable to fix it.
On discussion property manager confirmed the Owner was fully aware .
WE WERE NOT.
On our departure four maintenance
Workers were there to address the situation, Including the same fellow that had attended the day before.
At issue:
Thus far our attempts to address this issue with management are unresolved.
Had we been aware that this unit had nonfunctioning hot water, We would have rented elsewhere.
