Golf Resort 4bd Home- 20 to Minutes to Glacier Park and 10 Minutes to Whitefish

We had a great experience at the Singer’s place! The location is great, right along a golf course and close to town. They recently renovated, and every space was very clean. We had plenty of space for our family of 6. We were in and out of the park every day, it’s about 20 minutes or so to the gate.Dan and Patti were great hosts and always accessible and easy to get ahold of as well.

The home was well organized with rooms for all of our family members. Clean, easy to use and instructions on how to care for the property was well defined. Area was peaceful and close to highways for easy access. The use of the washer/dryer and kitchen for home cooked meals was fabulous. This home was a superior option to a normal hotel. Thank you!!

This place was amazing - exactly what we were looking for as we explored Glacier National Park and surrounding area. Very easy to access West Glacier. House was very comfortable/clean, well-stocked kitchen, 2 fridge/freezers, kitchen well - stocked and dishwasher & laundry detergent provided. Very quiet neighborhood on golf course. Hosts are amazing - provided best spray and coolers to use for our hiking adventures. Easy communication - all questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I could not imagine staying at a better place for our needs!

After a week long stay here is our review of this home. The good: GREAT location! Located on the golf course in Columbia Falls in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and seeing the deer. Close to the grocery store, gas stations, restaurants etc. & close to Glacier Nat'l Park. Also an easy drive to Kalispell, Whitefish & Big Fork. The owners were such nice folks and addressed all of our problems and concerns immediately! The home is nicely decorated & the beds are all comfortable, we ALL slept very well! The kitchen is very well stocked with anything and everything you could need as well as the laundry. We were provided hand soap, tissues, dish soap etc. And they even have some seasonings & condiments available for use! Things to consider: While the home sleeps 8, the living room only seats 5, and dining room seats 6. White carpet throughout! Bring your house slippers (instead of a welcome sign on the front door you are greeted by a sign telling you to remove your shoes). Only 1 TV in the house. No Air conditioning, and no fans (we were OK in early June.) The bad: We were informed a couple days prior to our arrival about a "sensitive septic system" and given specific instructions on how to use the toilets. Within 4 hours of our arrival we experienced a septic alarm (even though we all followed the toilet rules of using a small amount of toilet paper and flushing multiple times). The following day was a disaster with 4 out of the 6 of us having to shower in the golf course Clubhouse and 3 of the 4 of us having a cold shower there. Awkward and uncomfortable. Luckily we were able to shower in the home the remainder of the stay. Needless to say the rest of the stay was uncomfortable with being asked to use very little toilet paper or throwing it in the garbage instead and having stand there and flush the toilets multiple times after use... The owners did compensate us for the inconvenience and told us that it was going to be fixed after we left so check with the owners about the septic system before renting!!! The mice!!!! We found mice making their home in some vases & in the cabinet above the stove. And could hear them scurrying in the wall going into the kitchen. Shower in master bath has mildew in the tiles and desperately needs a new shower head. Overall the home is just dated. But clean and comfortable.
