Newly renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath second floor condo located 3 blocks from the main shopping street and 3 blocks from the beach. Very Short walk to weddings at the Reeds. Building contains only 6 condos for quiet and relaxing time.
Sleeps (max) 4: Queen bed and 2 singles. Condo contains all the essentials: full kitchen, washer/dryer; cable & internet (limited cable/TV in OFF season). AC and ceiling fans in all rooms. Renters will be responsible for linens & towels, bathroom essentials, and beach tags. Renters will be responsible for returning the condo as found prior to checking out. Renters must be 25 or older. Absolutely no pets and no smoking.

Was very pleased with the rental. The only problem was when we were there they started paving 3rd.Ave. Was unable to remove our car for two days. Kept us from going to other towns to eat.

My aunts summered there growing up and are celebrating their 85th birthday this year. This rental was absolutely perfect for our stay. The central location allowed us to walk everywhere and enjoy downtown area. The rental was not only clean but was joyfully decorated. The owner gave us perfect directions and check-in was so easy.. We plan to return to this same rental another time.
