About this apartment rental
New AC new furniture new paint new bedding
This is a one bedroom one bathroom condo inside the resort of south seas
It has a sleeper sofa bed for two persons but remember it is a sleeper and not as comfortable as a bed it is new but again it is a sleeper sofa
Full kitchen just renovated last year with granite counter tops
The patio is screened in
This unit of mine is in an elevator building not all beach villas have elevators and it is nice to have an elevator
Just steps to the beach and pool
You have use of 3 condo pools
Walking distance to many restaurants and shops plus a Starbucks
Beach is amazing long walks are great and I enjoy them
Elevators are functional but I make no guarantees as if they will be working during your stay due to the fact they are mechanical items I will not do refunds if elevator decides not to work during your stay
Make sure to get travel insurance I strictly enforce the cancellation policy

This is a great location. Its on the second floor, still high enough to have an amazing ocean view over the new dunes. Some parts of the unit have been updated, but some are definitely older and more updates would be great.

Short vacation trip with an adult family. Overall the experience was good. The condo wasn't as clean as we would have expected but it was okay. Location was great, elevator was helpful and the beach equipment was fine. Price was comparable to other condos in the area.
