About this house rental
This beautiful spacious home offers soaring ceilings and over 2100 square feet of air-conditioned space. The master suite has a king size bed with streaming television and a double sink bathroom, spacious tile shower and separate garden tub. There is another king size bedroom with satellite TV and streaming. There is a queen size bedroom overlooking the canal with a smart television. There is a bedroom with twin beds and smart television. There is satellite/smart TV in the living area. All rooms have local antenna television available.
The five-foot deep heated in ground pool has screen enclosure with patio furniture on the lanai. You can enjoy the view of the canal from the lanai. There is a large gas grill for your outside cooking. We have bicycles available and there are numerous bike paths in the area.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a wine cooler. It is tastefully decorated for your enjoyment. Dining and shopping are close by. The house is located minutes from Pine Island, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral has its own beach.

The property we stayed at was nice. Some of the beds weren't very good. There were a couple of issues that I notified the property owner about, but we had an enjoyable vacation in Cape Coral overall.

Headed to Florida for a little warmer weather. Enjoyed this house with it’s pool that backs on to the fresh water canal with turtles, fish and a variety of birds. The house was laid out well and nicely decorated. The location was great with easy access to shopping, restaurants and beaches.

We enjoyed the home and what was offered. It was smart that cable and antennas were provided, but the service from the antennas were a bit distracting and didn’t give a consistently clear picture. We were there during Hurricane Elsa, so it was good to be able to see the weather forecast all day. The house just needs a little updating and a bit more cleaning. It’s time for some maintenance to happen throughout, but all in all, we had a good stay. The location, neighborhood and space were excellent.
