The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring all stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and cookware—perfect for whipping up everything from casual snacks to gourmet meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large dining area offers plenty of space for family meals or entertaining guests. Bicycles and beach gear are provided for nearby fun, and fishing enthusiasts can cast a line right from the seawall.

The master bedroom is a true retreat with a king-size bed, TV, direct pool access, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second king-size bedroom offers a TV, direct pool access, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the shared guest bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for families, with a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a TV with a gaming system featuring built-in games. A 3-car garage provides plenty of space for vehicles and storage.

Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Kayaks are to be used at your own risk.
