Located in the centre of the City of Coquitlam, near the beautiful Coquitlam river and hiking trails, 10 minute walk (1km) from the Coquitlam bus loop, restaurants for Chinese, Japanese, Italian, and Mexican food, and café’s. Coquitlam shopping centre, 3 super markets, 2 organic farmers markets, Coquitlam Public Library, Eagle Ridge Hospital, animal hospitals, and city parks. City parks such as Lafarge Park, which includes Volley Ball courts, Basket Ball Courts, Tennis Courts, a running track, and baseball, football and soccer fields. We, my daughter, sister-in-law, and I, travelled from Alberta and Ontario and needed a place to stay near our relatives in Port Moody. We stayed for 3 nights. The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and the Sky train.

We enjoyed a lovely stay for a month, April/May. The washer/dryer and outdoor grill, plus full size refrigerator were wonderful. Apartment is very well maintained. Easy walking to the Coquitlam sky train station and mall. We enjoyed the tulip festivals, wine tastings, and other typical Vancouver highlights- Grouse Mountain, Stanley Park (especially the horse drawn tour), Aquarium and more. It was a wonderful vacation to visit our daughter who lives by SFU. Made possible by restful, pleasant relaxing in the apartment between excursions. And parking on the street was easy. Thank you!

We stayed here a few days before we got on a cruise ship. We had planned to drive to Whistler one day and the suspension park the next day. The location was great for our plans. Parking is a little rough but we found a back street and a walk way that made our parking much better The washer and dryer were a great addition.

It was easy to rest there - I was working at an event about a 15 minute drive away - and staying in the vrbo allowed me to not have to spend so much time commuting. We didn't want to sleep in the master bedroom because the wifi router was right on the bedside table and the owner said we couldn't unplug it since it serviced the whole house. So that was too bad. The other room had two single beds. It worked. I was happy to have a place to make meals to take to work. And a quiet place to sleep.

My mom, sister and I were comfortable at this above ground lower suite. Dimitriy was a welcoming host. The place was very clean and comfortable with all the supplies we required. Parking was an issue later in the day and when loading and unloading. We paid a pet fee but later found out this is for one dog so we ended paying another fee. It would help to list this more clearly in the ad. Overall we were happy with our stay and close location to the mall and trails.

It’s smaller than we thought but owner ask my son which is 42 years old to always shut down air conditioner when not there! They left it on because they were back and forth. They went in and shut it down when they weren’t their!! It was booked for a week they don’t agree he should of gone in and shutdown and unplugged everything we paid for that service!!!!!! Justin talked to him so he did finally quit going in there. Yes I would recommend the house great location thank you.

The apartment is well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance to a shopping center and also close to hiking trails. We asked Dmitriy for some cooking ingredients and he kindly provided us with what we need.

Demitry was excellent to deal with, he had great communication. The location was amazing for all amenities. Everything was easy walking distance. Nice quite location close to parks. The house was clean and organized which made for a great and easy stay. Only two minor flaws, no screens on windows, and there were ants occasionally strolling around the living corridors. Other then that it was amazing and I would highly recommend staying here and dealing with Demitry.

The house is very cozy, quiet and well kept. Dmitriy definitely does a amazing job maintaining the property and makes sure his guests are happy. He even leaves a a few helpful notes and information around the house to make our trip easy and convenient. I definitely would recommend staying here! I know we will again. :)

From the start Dmitriy was in contact and helped us get settled in. His home was clean, and had everything you could need for a stay of any length. It’s close to shopping, and the highway to easily get in and out of the city. The house is on a quiet street and their is a great dog park and lots of trails nearby. We didn’t hear any noise from neighbours or from Dmitriy and family who live upstairs. They were more than accommodating and available if need be. We highly recommend and will look to stay here if we plan to be in the area!!

We stayed at this property for a few weeks. The location is great -- walkable to the SkyTrain and amenities in Coquitlam. The suite itself is comfortable and cozy, and has everything you will need. We appreciated extra touches like CDs and tea/coffee available. The suite was also quiet and a relaxing place to spend our evenings. Thank you!

The Owners Family are very friendly and nice, quick respond for any issues we had. They made their place child proof for my 2year old son. The big long soft couch is enough comfy to sleep as considered extra bed, if you are not too tall. There is a private little patio (1table+4chairs). It was nice to have brunch there while listening to birds chirping. They even offered us their nice wood deck patio to use. We borrowed their BBQ machine a few times. Kitchen is very well equipped, I enjoyed cooking every day. Location is good, a short walk to Coquitlam Centre mall and Coquitlam river for nature walking. My family enjoyed staying here very much!!!
