About this apartment rental
Ocean Pearl SIV36, is wonderful condo is located on the 2nd floor of the beachfront building in fabulous Sea Isle Village. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds with ensuite bathroom. The guest bathroom off the hallway now features a walk in shower. The open living room and kitchen is a great place for gathering. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your catch of the day and the dining room has plenty seating for everyone. This unit has a spacious deck that overlooks the beach and the sand dunes. There is 1 TV in the unit and one DVD player. This spacious condo sleeps 6 guests. Sorry pets are not allowed and smoking is permitted outside only. Come enjoy the direct ocean breezes this true island condo has to offer! There is parking allowed for ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required. STR#200015449

When we arrived the place was very clean, the view is spectacular. Full kitchen was a plus because trying to go out to the restaurants was a nightmare, the waits are very long. Beds very comfortable and very spacious bathrooms. Not a very long walk to the beach and close to a lot of the attractions. We had very nice time and would definitely book this stay again.

We came down for a fishing trip and we stayed 3 nights. The condo is clean and well appointed. We only cooked dinner one night and found the kitchen to be quite adequate and also the local Lowe’s grocery store. We enjoyed the balcony with views to the water very much. That, and the very nice path to the beach, were in fact why I chose this property. AC worked great and there are ceiling fans in every room.
