Tidy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located at Sea Isle Village in Port Aransas. Enjoy your private patio or walk over to the beach to enjoy the breeze!
This condo offers a private patio, a refreshing community pool, and easy access to the sandy shores through our convenient beach walking path, just steps away from marker #3.
The "in-town" location on 11th Street, means this area is Golf Cart friendly!
The living room and both bedrooms boast flat screen TVs with cable streaming through the Spectrum app.
The 1st bedroom includes a 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The sofa in the living room also makes out into a sleeper. There is a shared bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1- King-sized bed
Bedroom 2- Two Queen-sized beds
Living Area - Sleeper Sofa
A private washer and dryer is available for your use in the unit. The community also has a common laundry room.
Sea Isle Village offers wonderful amenities including:
BBQ grills & Picnic tables
Beach walking path (Located between buildings D & E)
Community laundry facility
Fish Cleaning Station (water and electricity available)
Overflow and Boat Parking
Half Basketball Court
Cornhole
Pickleball
Playground
Boat parking allowed in designated area but check with management on size restrictions. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles.
Guests have sole access to this condo unit as well as access to the common grounds including: the swimming pool, beach walking path, community laundry facility, BBQ pits and recreation area.
Please note that the pool, laundry, recreation area and BBQ pits are shared with other guests. The laundry facilities are coin operated.
Age requirement of 25 years or older to reserve this property. Guests under 25 would need to be accompanied by a parent or family member.
SELF-CATERING: This property is self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

We loved our stay here! Very clean and had all we needed and more! Perfect location, close to all the shopping centers, grocery store, and restaurants! Private beach access was right behind us, making it extremely convenient. The pool is located right outside the front door, which was huge and clean as well. Parking spot is right outside the front door as well, so unloading and loading was easy and convenient. The hosts were great and quickly responsive! We will definitely book again.

The property was jaw dropping from the beginning. It was spotless, had extra necessities at the ready. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean and extras provided. The outside patio was larger than we expected and we spent every night of our almost two week stay out there after the day at the beach and evenings spent at the pool. It provides quick access to the beach trail and was very easily accessible. The condo itself was beyond expectations, and the pool was a huge plus. We had an amazing time and would gladly rebook our annual trip here again.

Our stay was great. Clean and tidy place to spend a vacation. The board walk to the beach at the dunes is steep and uneven. So just have to be careful. Very responsive and helpful management.
