Home is centered in the heart of Del Mar, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, Del Mar Racetrack, and more. With an ocean view from the main living area, back patio, master bedroom, and grassy front yard, this home is ideal for relaxing and celebrating life in a setting suited for singles and families. Throughout the home, you will find open vaulted ceilings above classy, comfy furnishings flowing with a sand and sea theme creating it's own unique vibe. For ultimate comfort, ceiling fans hang in each room complimenting the air conditioning. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and digital washer and dryer for the ease of being at your own home. The upstairs master is home to an exceptionally comfortable heavenly king size bed, sea colored Berber carpeting, saturated by closet and storage space. The upstairs bathroom is attached to the master, it has a beautiful spacious granite counter top, sand tiled flooring with a separated custom shower to open your days and eyes in style and close your days with soothing surroundings to melt you into bed. The 2nd bedroom nestles a cozy queen sized bed, fit for a queen. Sea colored Berber carpeting, with lots of closet space and a privacy wall outside the window, this room is a sweet sleeper! The 3rd bedroom is home to a full/full bunk bed with a twin trundle sitting atop sea stained Berber carpeting, accompanied by roomy closets. The f/f/t bunk/trundle provides plenty of room for kids but large and comfortable enough to accommodate the groups too! The downstairs shared bathroom is situated between bedroom 2 and 3, making it perfect for sharing. It presents a granite counter top, sand tiled floor sealed with a shower/bath combo. All bedrooms and bathrooms are sure to bring gratitude and comfort to all the days of your stay, no matter which side you get out of bed!

We enjoyed this house as it is walking distance to great restaurants, the beach, and shopping. The sunsets are spectacular from the back patio.

#1. Great location. A block or two from the beach or great restaurants. #2. The view. Doesn’t get much better than sitting on the patio drinking coffee and looking out over the pacific. #3. The host. Lauren is a great host. Very helpful and communicative. We love Del Mar and we loved staying here.
