Never again!

Friendly staff, beautiful views

NOISY!!!! Doors being slammed up till 00:10 and again just past 5am. Noisy, screaming child in the property below the studios. No fan in the room as advertised. Bedding had holes and stains. The shower leaks everywhere, we used all of the towels provided to dry the floors. Peeling paint, rusted doors were difficult to open and close. Extractor fan in the toilet does not work, bed light does not work. Wifi is almost non existent.

Exceptional stay! Worth every cent!

The view was absolutely exceptional and the bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow. It's so sad to leave.

The check in process at the guard station is a little disorganized and time consuming but that's not the property's fault.

Ocean , Views & Spoils

As a host myself I was impressed with the attention to detail. Absolutely everything one will need even with a beach umbrella, bats & ball and beach towels. I had a lovely morning swim at the little bay beach. I is secluded and sheltered from the wind. Lovely place to stay!

This is the perfect getaway for couples or singles just needing a break

Best beach front property - a few steps from the ocean The sound of the waves was so soothing The facilities are just what you need for self catering but the shops in Langebaan are convenient for takeaways so you don't have to do anything Just grab a book and sunscreen and go to the beach

Wonderful and beautiful stay

I enjoyed the beautiful view and the short walk to the beach. We had beach equipment which was wonderful from the property to use. Everything was clean and neat.

Very relaxing and very quiet!

The position was magic as our studio was literally right on waters edge even though it took 30 steps to get there!! Studio very basic but comfortable!

We were not advised re DSTV not provided. You had to use own login code. Michelle was very helpful in assisting us getting connected.

Not applicable, the restaurants available @ Mykonos not great. We loved the concept, magnificent views and thoroughly enjoyed the West Coast, beautiful place.

The mere fact that our room should not have been rented out, due to contractors on site, noisy, messy, leaking concrete ceilings in areas. From all accounts this particular space has a new owner and leaking an issue and is under renovation. Fully discussed with the housekeepers and Farmhouse Hotel. Unfortunately their apology did not achieve much. A big recommendation going forward - please check thoroughly before letting out!!

Beautiful view and location

This was the ultimate location and view for a relaxing break. The private beach and 180-degree views from the studio were spectacular. The studio was cute and had everything we needed.

The bathroom needs an update, esp the tiles in the shower. The yellow water droplets that stay there, along the ceiling, should be easy to clean by housekeeping before people check in.

Location was beautiful. A truly wonderful spot and very secure with a stunning view from the balcony.

That the property is not wheelchair friendly. My friend wanted to go after I posted pictures on FB, but her husband is in a wheelchair, so I had to tell her that sorry you cannot go. He also would never be able to get into the shower.

Pleasant

The view was amazing. Our bed was comfortable. We were warm even though it was in the middle of winter as there were heaters (one was broken) and an extra blanket.

The lack of communication when I had questions before the trip. My messages was not answered. 1st Place I booked on Booking.com that did not respond. Unfortunately we spend most of our time away from the apartment as there was a constantly crying baby in the apartment next to ours which we could hear and only endure for so long. Kept us up late & woke us up at 4:30am on Sunday morning. We definately did not get the peace and quiet we were looking for & paid for.

The location of the property is amazing. The view from the balcony is spectacular.

The front door lock was faulty and never repaired although I was told it would be seen to. The sliding doors were extremely difficult to open. The lady tried to help me but it requires repairs. There was no coffee or milk which is considered basics. When I asked I was given 1 sachet of coffee and crème soda favoured milk. There was a racket happening in the studio next to me on Saturday night.

Small apartment right on the beach Ok for a night or two max

The lady met us to hand over the keys

It was super difficult to find the apartment (we are travellers so take that as a real super difficult) no decent directions were given and you have no chance of finding it on Google Maps. The secret is that you have to go through a security gate that says residents only (and as we were not residents and this wasn't pointed out to us in the instructions, we drove around the desert for ages trying to get in to a fenced off area)
