Apartment itself was fine. But the pull out bed was in terrible shape so no one could sleep well on it. Also, the a/c was likely moldy as we all got sick al3 days after staying there. Location was great.

Limpieza , seguridad y ubicacion .
La foto inicial que se muestra en Booking parece un edificio sobre la costa , cuando en realidad es un pequeño apartamento de la línea antigua de Hollywood a unos metros de la playa . No tiene vista ninguna . Sugiero mejorar el sistema de cortinas en el dormitorio, pues molesta la claridad con la iluminación exterior .

We liked the location in respect to the beach and boardwalk. Close to the action but far enough away so noise and crowds were not an issue. The provided parking space was much appreciated given the low availability of street or garage parking in the area.
A brief printed listing of the amenities provided for by the property owner would be nice, as we didn’t know that there were beach chairs available under the bed. Also some recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit would have been helpful.
