Afternoon Delight: Lakefront Estate on Keuka's West Side!

Afternoon Delight offers guests the opportunity to experience old-world estate living at the lake. Located on a quiet private drive, this beautiful estate home with available guest cottage is nestled on 4 acres at the water's edge. Parking is just outside your back door and beautiful lake views can be found from many rooms in the house, from the front patio and from the private beach.

Outside, the grounds behind and surrounding both the main house and the guest cottage are nicely landscaped with groomed trees and a manicured lawn, which is large enough for volleyball, badminton, croquet, bocce ball and a variety of other outdoor sports. The front yard and beachfront offers ample privacy due to a landscaping buffer and 120 feet of private beach. If you're bringing your own watercraft, this property is located in a protected basin where waves are minimal. Boat, skis, and Jet Ski rentals are available at the local North End Marina.

Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, electric range, double stainless-steel sink, and peek-a-boo window looking into the formal dining room. Or throw some shrimp on the BBQ and eat at the tables on the terrace!

The dining room offers seating for 8, a buffet, large wine rack, and a hand-painted over-head lamp. Off the dining room you can enjoy playing cards, games, or just chatting at the informal glass topped table that seats 4.

Facing the lake is a beautiful enclosed porch for watching the sun come up each morning or for watching the stars come out each night. A large TV makes this room perfect for watching the evening news. The living room is graced with a large sectional sofa, 52" HDTV, and decorative fireplace.

Four out of six spacious bedrooms come equipped with adjoining baths and many have lake views. If you're at the lake to enjoy the water, the lakefront patio is a great place to sunbathe, tie your lures, eat a casual lunch, or play Frisbee. With large open rooms, plenty of outdoor living space, huge expanses of lawn, Afternoon Delight would make the perfect location for a business retreat. Invite the staff to the lake for a day, a weekend, or a week-long training session. They will come away refreshed and invigorated. The guest cottage can be rented with this unit during any season.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
