About this villa rental
We love being a VRBO premier host, and you're sure to love our villa at the Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort - a bright, easily accessible, first-floor, end unit overlooking a serene lagoon that has received 41 five-star reviews! Here’s what our previous guests have liked best:brand new king size bed in master. Queen sized bed in guest with a daybed.
Our fully equipped kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you will need for full family meals or a quick snack after a day at the beach. There is also a new oven, a new, very quiet dishwasher, microwave, toaster, an ice maker in the full-size refrigerator, a new 12 cup coffee maker with a thermos pot, and storage space for groceries. The dining table comfortably seats six adults.
You can also leave your beach chairs and umbrella at home because we provide them, along with a beach wagon, and sand toys.
Our place is constantly being refreshed in order to make your stay as perfect as possible. Need to stay connected or stream Internet content? Our villa has its own dedicated Internet service (not shared) featuring 200 mps download and 20 mps upload speeds.
• “The beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms were beautifully redone”
Both bathrooms were completely remodeled in 2021 and feature a luxurious walk-in shower in the master bath, and a stylish wraparound tiled tub in the guest bath. One guest even noted that her family of five could take back-to-back showers without running out of hot water!
There are televisions in both bedrooms, multiple surge-protected outlets, and each is nicely decorated in a relaxing seaside motif you’ll be sure to appreciate after a long fun-filled day!
• “The complex is fantastic, with a large pool, beach bar, restaurant and well-kept grounds”
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club features the island’s biggest pool, and a second, smaller pool. It also has a beach bar, a full-menu restaurant, a pizzeria and an ice cream stand! Feeling athletic? Then be sure to check out the competition quality tennis courts and the six new pickle ball courts (paddles available in condo), a fitness room and the on-site bike rentals. At low tide you can ride for miles on the beach or use the extensive island bike paths for longer adventures.
A short walk through the resort to the beautiful white sandy beaches provides an opportunity for early risers to enjoy breathtaking sunrises, while providing the later risers opportunities to watch dolphins frolic throughout the day.
With the beach, restaurants, resort sponsored activities, and an awesome villa, you truly can park once and enjoy the week!

• The corner/back unit is very quiet and peaceful, and the ease of walking just a few steps to get to your vehicle makes it easy on families.
• The quiet balcony was shaded with a wonderful breeze. We enjoyed watching the herons, turtles and other wildlife that stop by.

It was great having everything we needed, particularly beach supplies! We really loved all the Beach & Tennis Club had to offer—pool, planned family activities, proximity to the beach, playground, etc. Great place for families!

The listing was accurate to what we stayed in. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to the playground. It was well stocked and pretty clean. The resort itself had some weird things they were strict on compared to others, but they were pretty laid back at the pool and generally nice. Though, some things at the condo seemed to be falling apart a little (i.e. dining room chairs, screen door to the sliding door was difficult to use), it was well kept and we were very thankful for the kindness and communication with who we rented from! We made memories that will last a lifetime!
