We had a wonderful stay as usual. This is one of my favorite places to stay in Hilton Head.

I dont typically leave negative reviews, but I am thoroughly confused by the other reviews of this property. Many state how clean it is, but what i found was a place that needed a serious deep clean. Toothpaste down the front of the bathroom cabinets, stains on every throw pillow, a white skid mark down the seat of the recliner, dirty floors and light switches, filthy shower curtains and walls, and crusty yellowed towels. This was not a quick fix kind of dirty and not something that could have accumulated from 1 previous guest.
A hurricane hit halfway through the week and we decided to cut the trip short and get out of there. I asked for a refund for the hurricane days, but was refused because the resort technically didn't "shut down" although no one was there and you wouldn't be able to use the amenities.
Either these other reviews were paid to say this place was clean or they're playing an elaborate hoax.
There are much better, cleaner places to stay elsewhere on the island.
