Enjoy the large heated pool with screened lanai overlooking your private dock. The home has central air and all the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to add to your comfort. If you are seeking a quiet & relaxing atmosphere, you will not be disappointed. Come and enjoy the water view with occasional pelicans, dolphins and manatees all from 'your backyard'.
The home has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, plenty of room for 4.

**2nd bedroom-queen-size bed and walk-in closet and second bathroom with walk in shower

Weekly rates are from $1120-$1400 average rates:

Monthly rates are $4120 & 10% off
Additional taxes of 12% and a cleaning fee of $150
No extra charge for pets
Rental monies due 30 days prior to arrival with credit card
PLEASE: No smoking in the house only in the Lanai area as a courtesy to non smoking vacationers (extra fee of $50 will be charged if house smells when cleaning crew get there)

The home is exactly as it looks on line. Clean and spacious and well appointed. We were 5 adults and once the water got warm not one person complained about running out of hot water when it came time to get ready to go out to dinner. The pool is lovely and the location is quiet and relaxing. The grill had gas in it and worked which was nice. The living room area was really nice for us to hang while watching football etc. Hosts were very responsive and took care of all the issues that came up during our 2 week stay. The problem with this lovely home for our family was the smell. This is not a smoke free home. The smoke smell was really pervasive when we arrived and the first order of business for my daughters was purchasing several scented candles which luckily made a difference. The owners are pretty responsive so I assume they will take care of this asap. It's pretty bad.... Don't shoot the messenger.
