This is not your standard OC condo: it offers 9' ceilings in the large living area, and large modern kitchen, which make for a relaxed easy going vacation experience! Downtown Location: One of the biggest issues with the OC boardwalk is parking! Solved with the private garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, and restaurants are a short walk away. Within 5 blocks are jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the beach, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy, and tee shirt shops, Thrashers fries and Fisher's Popcorn are all right at your doorstep. Best supermarkets are across the bridge but less than 2 miles away.

Fantastic condo and hosts. We have stayed at this condo multiple times. Hosts were extremely responsive…the k cup machine wasn’t working and they replaced it within an hour of notification. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Great location and view is perfect. Had one issue with a broken item in the condo upon arrival which was resolved quickly with just one phone call. I really appreciated the prompt and professional response.

Great location and lots of room. Cleaning service was not good. Left message on Steve's phone on Sunday about 4 pair of underwear in dresser drawer, sand in washing machine, and dirty cabinets!
