Location, Location, Location! This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located 0.25 miles past the entrance to Ski Beech. We are the second parking area past the entrance and about 1 mile from the Beech Mountain Club -swim, golf, and tennis areas. In the winter months, enjoy amazing views of the surrounding mountains. In the summer relax in the swinging chairs and outdoor furniture on the decks surrounded by nature or have outdoor fun with the Beech Club Membership (additional fees apply, check club website).

This is Moody’s Mountain house! The floor plan is perfect for accommodating families. With over 1,680 square feet, our home has four bedrooms:
BR1: one King with private full bath and access to lower covered balcony via sliding glass door, cable TV
BR2: one Queen access to lower covered balcony via sliding glass door, Smart Tv with Hulu and Disney+
BR3: one twin and one full; Smart Tv with Hulu and Disney+
BR4: two separate twin beds; Smart Tv with Hulu and Disney+
All of the bedrooms are located on the same floor, which is the lower level of the house accessed by a spiral staircase. The master suite and the queen room both have sliding glass doors with access to the lower level balcony. We also have a washer and dryer on the bedroom level.

The main floor has an open floor plan with two more large sliding glass doors which includes a large living room with a stone gas fireplace, dining room, a well-equipped large kitchen with very large breakfast bar, and a half bath. Wood Decking surrounds the house on the upper level and the lower level is half around on the wooded side of the property. WiFi is provided in the house.

We have two parking areas with enough parking for 5 cars; one area is on the paved road and the other is at the bottom of the property with manmade steps up to the house (they are very neat). Everyone that has come into our house has said that they feel like they are in a tree house. We have hired the best cleaning team on the mountain to make sure that your stay is comfortable and relaxing.

We are conveniently located on Beech Mountain Parkway near Fred’s, sledding hills, ski rentals, and everything Ski Beech. Beech Mountain offers numerous year-round activities. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, ice skating and sledding (home includes several sleds). In the warmer months, enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, fishing and white water rafting.

Beech Mountain is also close to some of North Carolina's top attractions including Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, The Blue Ridge Parkway (and Linn Cove Viaduct), Linville Caverns, Linville Falls, Tweetsie Railroad and The Blowing Rock. The Biltmore House in Asheville, NC is about two hours away.
