Just remodeled. Where you are about 250 feet from the beach, and walking distance to any restaurant and shopping stores. You get to enjoy your own BBQ's in your own private 16x 22 pool. Two of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. for some nice quiet time. And one bedroom and sofa bed down stairs with one full baths in each floor. with your own private parking just get here and you have everything you need in a house. events and parties are not allow. FREE WIFI. my permit #

Nice property, pictures were old (from before remodel) on listing - property look MUCH better in person! The recent remodel changes the way it looks in the listing pictures. Nice laundry facility, wish there was more cupboard space. Communication with property manager was very good, responsive. Nice place.

Location is good but the house need major improvement. IE, bathroom on the first floor, shower head need repair, all the handle (turn nob need replace) and no hot water. When cooking inside the house, no air vent to suck out all the cooming smell. The swimming pool so dirty and over kill with chlorine in the water. When requested to clean up the pool it was show up 2 days later. End up not used the pool at all. (Personally, i was book the house with the pool for my kids. It kinda waste money if the pool not being apart of the rental.)
