About this house rental
Take an island retreat in this truly spectacular bayfront, 50 foot bulkhead, steps to bay beach, four short blocks to ocean. Panoramic views of Barnegat Bay from three decks and all rooms. Gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, marbled baths, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and beautifully furnished throughout. Two (2) TVs and state-of-the-art stereo system (with individually-controlled volume speakers throughout the house and decks).
First floor features dramatic open living space, including living room with gas fireplace, flat screen TV, dining area, and gourmet-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Island includes ice maker and wine cooler. Living room opens onto deck with eight mile north and west view of bay.
Second floor has den (with pull-out Queen sofa) with TV, one bedroom with Queen bed, one bedroom with two bunkbeds and full bath (with jacuzzi). Deck off the Den captures another bay view to the south and west (and the gorgeous sunsets). Two (2) master bedroom suites (one king and one queen) are on the top floor - each with its own marbled bath (one with a jacuzzi). Enjoy the deck off the master suites for an early morning breakfast, listening to your favorite island music on the outdoor speakers.
On cool evenings, enjoy the fire pit facing the bay!

The home is lovely, spacious, and comfortable. Beautiful views of the bay. Firepit is nice. Nice kitchen/dining area but microwave is small. Comfortable beds.

This property was amazing! We had two "family couples", and Mom and Daughter needs. They layout was perfect to provide two private rooms with bath/en suite with balcony views of the water, and a separate bedroom and sleeper sofa with shared bathroom access for Mom and Daughter with another balcony access with beach and bridge views. Great outdoor and indoor gathering space. Felt like (an amazing) home away from home.

This home and its spectacular views far exceed the beautiful photos provided on the listing website. Tony is so easy to communicate with, and the home was spotless upon our arrival. The layout of the home gives you lots of options to gather and also options to spend some quiet time. We were there in Thanksgiving, so a little colder weather, so we didn't spend as much time enjoying all of the outside amenities the home has to offer, but there are plenty. We did use the provided bikes almost every day. A beautiful town to ride a bike around. The home has beautiful views of the bay from both the front and rear of the house, beautiful sunset views from the front of the house, and the ocean is just a short four block away. We had a great week, and I would highly recommend this home for a summer or off-season vacation.
