Situated on the third floor with your own private elevator, our condo offers plenty of room to spread out, thoughtful amenities, beach gear, and a prime location—all designed to make your vacation comfortable, relaxing, and memorable.

Every room has been thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind, creating a welcoming place to unwind after a day in the sun.

Our community has only three units, creating a quiet, more private residential atmosphere.
Please remember to say hello if you see a neighbor, and respect the residential nature of our community. Be mindful of noise levels day and night, as you are vacationing in a residential area.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and all guests must adhere to the local noise ordinance.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. If your party will include more than 6 guests, please contact us before requesting a reservation.

Perfectly lovely vacation spot. We enjoyed being so close to the Kooky Coconut for Cuban sandwiches and ice cream. The neighborhood is lovely. Of course the beach proximity was the best. The host had thought of every possible need. The house was so well stocked. We could tell that the host was genuinely concerned about creating a perfect vacation experience. We will be back!
