Recently build and Modern. The home has been created with incredible attention to details. It has an open floor plan with a living-dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counter-tops. This home has gorgeous tile floors throughout and beautiful finishing touches. The interior is fully furnished with all items personally chosen including quality mattresses, bed linens and towels. LED flat screen TV in the living room and each bedroom. Spacious game room with pool table, air hockey, foosball and darts. A great bonus space ideal for any gathering. A great space to entertain! Laundry Room with full Washer/Dryer. The home is highlighted by a custom pool area with a south facing extra-large pool and spa. Pool has all advanced features including a UV light that could be managed by remote control. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and panoramic views from the large deck. Lounge on outdoor furniture while listening to the nature. There is also an outdoor BBQ for entertaining in style.
Crystal Cove resort is a new gated community. It is just 15 minutes from Disney attractions and close to the shops and restaurants in the area. It is also convenient for golf nearby. Amenities include community pool, clubhouse, exercise room, gated entry. BE THE FIRST AND MAKE LASTING MEMORIES AT SUNRISE VALLEY VILLA!

Only 2 cars can be parked on driveway and no street parking is allowed.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm

No car allow to park on the sidewalk.
No trailers, commercial cars and RV are prohibited to parked on Crystal Cove Property

6 days 5 nights family of 6 4 teenagers my husband and I.Everything about the house is as describe really nice neighborhood very close to everything.Clean house very spacious rooms are pretty big.Everything from convenient store to water parks was literally 10-15 min away even magic kingdom Had a little inconvenient with the pool heating.Someone had to go fix the pump bu

This property was just as described! The property manager ALWAYS responded to any questions I had accurately and in a timely manner! Check in was a breeze! I would definately stay here again and I would also reccomend to other small families

Our check-in was seamless and that was good! The location of the property served us well as we frequented the Disney parks and activities along Hwy 192. Perfect location for us!
Sadly, we paid for pool heat that never worked and even after chatting with management over email, nothing changed. I expect a refund for this invoice that we had to pay up front.
The BBQ is a disaster and I would never use it to cook a meal! Spend a few hundred dollars and replace it!
The drapes in the primary bedroom fell off the wall as I opened them.
The pool filter system is leaking and there is huge amount of water between the houses.
The bar stools are ready to be tossed. As one review mentioned, they are in bad shape....they are!
The owners supplied more pans and pots, so that is good. Sparse plates and utensils for 8 people though. We managed, there's a sink to wash and a dishwasher while we are out.
The pool enclosure has one entire section of it missing a screen. Pretty hard to keep birds and bugs out with that gapping hole in the unit.
Management claims to paint the premises twice a year, but it looks like it hasn't been touched in many years.
There are no knobs to the kitchen cabinets or drawers, why?? Just makes the paint come off when users have to try and open them.
The "white" leather couches are pathetic as far as cleanliness goes. We bought some leather cleaner to make them acceptable.
In the end, it wouldn't take much to bring this up to standards. Why not do it?
