Great home for family. The property is very well maintained, clean and organized, with comfortable spaces and everything working perfectly. The structure is complete and is very suitable for both rest and routine with children, with a well-equipped kitchen and well-planned environments. The management were impeccable: quick, polite and objective communication, simple check-in and support whenever necessary, without any bureaucracy. The on-site experience is even better than in the photos. Voltaria for sure and I recommend it without reservations.

We loved this villa in Orlando. The location is excellent, super close to the Disney parks, which makes everything much easier when you travel as a family. The house is super comfortable, spacious and designed to be enjoyed to the fullest. Everything is well equipped and very well cared for. It even has a pool table, which makes it super creative and fun, perfect for both adults and children. In general, everything is great: comfort, entertainment and a spectacular vibe to rest after a day in the parks. Definitely a place we would come back to. 100% recommended 👌✨

The property was SPOTLESS! Please give our thanks to the cleaning team. We had to find a rental property with less than 24 hours before our flight because a different rental company gave our booked unit to someone else. Thank God this property was available. The location is fantastic. The pool was perfect, and the neighborhood was idyllic. Hope to stay here again sometime. The host answered all of our questions promptly. This home was lovely. Thank you so much!

Real positives were the upgrade to an 4 bed, ease of contact with the management through the tablet, comfort of the beds and space. Appliances were all good and when we realised a blender was damaged it was replaced the next day.
We booked a deluxe villa and did feel that the one given was a little tired. With heavy rain the pool filled with little insects as the overall covering of the pool, the netting, needed a clean. We mentioned this to the management company who offered to contact the pool cleaners but my husband cleaned it. The pool area in general needed a bit of a tidy at the edges.
Overall we enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee which was pretty central to everything we wanted and we were able to Uber to the parks and back. I'd definitely use the same management company again as service was great.
